Summer On A Winter Day

So it's 27 degrees outside and I was reading a book about...summertime? Talk about escapist entertainment! The book was probably made and marketed as a beach read, as it was a fast and easy read (finished it in a half a day) It's about a recently divorced woman who had her husband cheat on her via her...sister. I know it sounds salacious, but it's pretty chaste and..comic. It was kind of funny, written in first person so you got a glimpse of someone's brain and thoughts. I liked it enough, even on a cold winterry day. It even had a gay couple as minor characters, so it's pretty progressive. This book has been on my to-be-read pile for a long time now, so I am just glad to get rid of it there so quickly and I wouldn't the time I gave it as wasted.
