Another Friday night and everyone I know is all agog about the newest Harry Potter movie...except me. I never got into the book, nor the movie. I have this nagging feeling now that maybe I should rent the movies on Netflix, because there are so many people I know and love who is so emotionally invested in the series. It's just there are other books I would love to read and other movies I would love to watch that taking a "risk" could be not worth it for me. Next week at this time I will be in New York. I don't know how I would feel then - did I just romanticize it? Will I still feel he same way? I told my sister I would take her to a Broadway show for her birthday and gave her options. Guess what she chose? "Priscilla Queen Of The Desert." She said it was between this and "Sister Act," and was a tough call, before she finally settled with Priscilla. Why, I wonder, is it the internal fag hag in her? But I don't mind seeing the show again, to be honest. It is fun enough and I do think she would enjoy it, as the music is from her era.
No one can get inner peace by pouncing on it.
